Kylie Keyes is our Acting OSHC Coordinator.
The OSHC phone number is 0435 653 313. This is only to be called and not texted; text messages will not be responded to from this point forward. This is the number that you can call if you need speak to someone during the service (BSC 6.30am-8.45am, ASC 3.15pm-6.30pm, SHP 6.30am-6.30pm). If you wish to speak to Kylie or an OSHC team ember during school hours, please call the main school number and your call will be redirected to the appropriate person.
All written enquiries, changes to bookings and other administrative requests should be EMAILED to oshcrpps@gmail.com. If you need to speak to Kylie regarding a non-urgent issue, it is best to send an email this address to request a call back.
Booking cancellations must be EMAILED to oshcrpps@gmail.com where they will be processed by Kylie or a team member. There will be no hard copy book in the foyer for this purpose and text message requests will not be actioned.
SMART CENTRAL
Our school utilises the Smart Central platform to manage bookings and communicate with parents/carers. Enrolment in the program is a straight forward process and using the Smart Central app is easy.
